I.V. preparation and compounds are prepared in our 797-compliant clean room where we have the ability and expertise to provide sterile preparations with same-day service. Connectivity and communication are important for quality medication management. That’s why we can provide facilities with an electronic medical records (EMR) system that is fully interfaced with the Atkinson’s Pharmacy so that all new orders, order changes and discontinue orders are processed in real time. This reduces errors and insures that the physicians orders are followed at once rather than being delayed by manual record keeping systems.
